Kathleen Mockus has enjoyed working for the CA School for the Deaf since 1996. During that time she has served students as a teacher in the Elementary, Middle School, High School, and Career Technical Education Departments teaching a wide variety of courses. She has served and mentored teachers K-12 through her role in the CAMS department since 2006.
Kathleen earned her MA, Deaf Ed, (Communication HC) Multiple Subject and Cross-cultural Linguistic Academic Development credentials through San Francisco State University and her BA in Anthropology/ History focusing on Deaf Culture at the University of California at Santa Cruz.
