Workplace Violence & Prevention

The California Department of Education (CDE) is responsible for providing employees and members of the public with a place to conduct the business of the Department free of threats, intimidation, harassment, bullying, and acts of violence. In an effort to provide all employees and members of the public with a safe and healthful work environment, the CDE has created a Workplace Violence and Bullying Prevention (WVBP) Program which is administered by the Office of Equal Opportunity.
